How to Redeem a DoorDash Gift Card

Redeem your DoorDash Gift Card

Step 1: Open the DoorDash App or Website

  • Sign in or create a new account at DoorDash.com or through the app

Step 2: Go to “Gift Card” Section

Step 3: Enter the Gift Card Code

  • Type in your 16-digit gift card number and PIN (if required)

  • Click “Redeem Gift Card”

Step 4: Check Your DoorDash Credits

  • The gift card value will be added to your DoorDash Credits

  • Credits are automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders

Using Your Gift Card Balance

  • Place a food or grocery order

  • At checkout, your gift card balance will be used first

  • If your order exceeds the balance, pay the difference with a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal
